The LED tube light is contained in a letter shaped casing made of ABS resin, and like the Lumi Letter NEON, it is provided as one complete character, allowing for secure installation through bolt mounts.

About Artwork Conversion for LUMI FLEX
*Please note that your original logo artwork will be converted into a special artwork for production.

Based on the provided artwork, create the center line while keeping the original logo features.

The minimum length of dots or small parts is 35mm including the end caps.

The minimum radius of the curve is R12mm or more from the center of the LED tube. If it is less than R12mm, the logo need to be adjusted as shown in the above figure.

Letter stroke width should be uniformed while keeping with the logo features.

LUMI FLEX
The design and tube size are limited since they cannot be machined in letters smaller than 100mm or the curves of less than R12mm.
Notice about LUMI FLEX

The side of the LED tube (silicone resin) is white. If the Back Panel is custom painted in a different color, white outline will be slightly visible on the edge but less obvious when the logo is illuminated.

A resin end cap is attached to the end of ○ part. When illuminated, it will be slightly darker than other areas. Also, the ○ circled area will be slightly shaded depending on the viewing angle.
