Aged Plating Finish

Aged finish, which reproduces a dignified antique color as if time has actually passed, is an exquisite finish in which sulfur oxidation and coloring are executed by hand using special chemicals. This is done after metal plating with nickel and other metals.

*As with natural weathering, the same finish cannot be duplicated. Please understand in advance that regardless of the quantity ordered, the difference in finish is characteristic of a one-of-a-kind (hand-made) work.

Notes for Bevel Cutting Style

The outline of the provided artwork becomes the surface line of the actual letter. The bottom line is offset "d-mm" from the outline edge. Each letter can be connected or separated depending on the layout and the angle of the bit head. We usually recommend that you choose the connected layout, since it is much easier to install. It is important to note that if the connections are too small, the joints may break. However, if you follow the specs in the table below, we can ensure a successful install. For separated letters, the gap between the letters needs to be at least twice the gap as with the connected letters.

*This is a Good Connected Layout. The joint is strong enough.
*This is a Poor Connected Layout. The joint is not strong enough.
