The Semi-Straight Cut, a nearly right-angled bevel of 6° or 8°, is our standard cutting style, and enables us to manufacture signs containing delicately designed logos and designated typefaces.

Metallic Painted Finish

Paint finishes mixed with shimmering, light-reflecting materials, such as metallics or pearls, commonly used in car paint colors.
This finish offers the advantage of lower costs compared to metal plating.

*Custom Metallic Colors such as Auto Paint Colors are also available.

*The standard finish is “Gloss”. Please contact us if you require a specific gloss finish.

Aged painting is an expression of time that achieves a slightly different finish depending on the size and shape of the object to be aged painted, and the sensitivity and sensibility of each individual painter. Regardless of the quantity ordered, you will find unique differences in each finished product, making it a true one-of-a-kind product.

Notes for Bevel Cutting Style

The outline of the provided artwork becomes the surface line of the actual letter. The bottom line is offset "d-mm" from the outline edge. Each letter can be connected or separated depending on the layout and the angle of the bit head. We usually recommend that you choose the connected layout, since it is much easier to install. It is important to note that if the connections are too small, the joints may break. However, if you follow the specs in the table below, we can ensure a successful install. For separated letters, the gap between the letters needs to be at least twice the gap as with the connected letters.
