The Semi-Straight Cut, a nearly right-angled bevel of 6° or 8°, is our standard cutting style, and enables us to manufacture signs containing delicately designed logos and designated typefaces.

Softly rounded edge of R-Direct Cut makes it especially suitable for sans-serif typeface such as Helvetica. By adjusting the stroke width and thickness, it is possible to create a solid shaped sign similar to Arched Top at a reasonable price.

Chamfered finish on edges gives sharp look, creates shiny appearance varying from different viewing angles with eye-catching effect. Multiple chamfered edge dimensions are available for letters of different font and size.

Round+Semi-Straight Cut delivers a graceful profile with moderate curved lines that elegantly accentuates the look of your signs. Multiple round edge dimensions are available to fit desired letter stroke sizes, creating resplendent signs that demand attention.

Prismatic Cut, contour cuts letters and figures in a mountainous shape with uniform thickness. Performed with 3D Engraving with 3D carving data, this cut offers a more prominant and luxurious three-dimensional impression when compared to flat surface letters.

Semi-Prismatic Cut contour cuts letters and figures into a mountain shape. Unlike Prismatic Cut, this cut does not require the creation of 3D carving data, making it a more reasonably priced alternative while maintaining a high-grade luxurious expression. Please note that for logo artwork with non-uniform stroke widths, the thickness of letters will vary depending on stroke widths.
