Color Variations

Painted Type from Rear Side

The custom color is mixed according to the ink color guides (color number) from PANTONE, RAL and Benjamin Moore etc., and then applied for painted finish on rear side of the clear acrylic.

*Frosted Coating on Face

*We can also match the provided color sample.
*Highly saturated colors of special inks are difficult to reproduce.

UV Direct Print on Rear Side

We use UV (ultraviolet light) curing inks to print in full color, at high resolutions of 1200 dpi, directly from the rear side of clear acrylic. The light from the lighting penetrates through the cut surface of the letters, making the various gradations more vivid to the eye.

*The standard service includes color output according to the provided artwork.

*Additional fees apply if you wish to match the color to a provided color number or sample. (Estimated on a case-by-case basis depending on the number of colors)

Painted Type on Rear Side (Crystal Metal Coat)

Metal Coat fuses painting technologies to deliver a combined translucent and metallic feel. A specialized metallic paint is applied on the rear side of clear acrylic to create a variety of finishes 2 patters of brushed (HL) and scuffed (PHL), and 6 other coating color variations. Notes for Bevel Cutting Style

The outline of the provided artwork becomes the surface line of the actual letter. The bottom line is offset "d-mm" from the outline edge. Each letter can be connected or separated depending on the layout and the angle of the bit head. We usually recommend that you choose the connected layout, since it is much easier to install. It is important to note that if the connections are too small, the joints may break. However, if you follow the specs in the table below, we can ensure a successful install. For separated letters, the gap between the letters needs to be at least twice the gap as with the connected letters.
