The following procedures apply to all of our LED products:
* 24-hour running tests are performed.
* Electrical characteristics are measured and recorded.
* Completed products are photographed.
* Instruction manuals and written warranties are issued.

Lumi Letter Series with remarkably long operating life are widely favored among our customers, but Daikan continuously focuses on further product improvement and innovation to meet our customers’ needs.
“What if there is no access to the backside of the wall and bolts-nuts cannot be used?”
“What if wiring trouble happens and the sign does not light up?” or
“What if LED lifespan is close to its end?”
Considering the possible need for LED sign relocation, maintenance or replacement, we developed “Quick Release System”, which allows a speedy replacement without damaging the wall and/or the sign product.
For each product type of Lumi Letter Series, we provide a designated AC/DC power supply and an instruction manual. Lumi Letter Series cannot be directly connected to AC mains, because it will cause immediate damage to the LED, and not only damage the product, but may entail electrical shock and fire hazards. For installation of Lumi Letter Series, follow the guidelines in the instruction manual provided.
